PhD in Law (2011), with the doctoral thesis “Administrative Liability in Environmental Law” (Doctoral School, University of Craiova). Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Ecological University of Bucharest, specializing in administrative law, environmental law, and urban planning law. Attorney with the Bucharest Bar (since 2000), running an individual law practice.

Member of several professional and scientific organizations, including the International Union of Lawyers, the International Criminal Bar, and the Romanian Environmental Law Association, among others. President of the National Chamber for Dispute Resolution of the Romanian Football Federation and the Professional Football League. Evaluator for the Ministry of National Education (Student Credit and Scholarship Agency) and trainer at the Romanian Notarial Institute.

Author of textbooks, monographs, and articles published in internationally indexed legal journals (Revista Dreptul, Revista Pandectele Romane, Revista Universul Juridic, Revista Curentul Juridic). Member of editorial and scientific boards (Revista “Curentul Juridic,” Revista “Universul Juridic”) and of international research networks (COST CAC 18228-ENTAN – Global Atrocity Justice Constellation, HORIZON 2020; COST CA 18114-ENTAN – European Non-Territorial Autonomy Network, HORIZON 2020). Consulting expert for the International Criminal Bar.
